Terms & Conditions

The Detail Xpert is a mobile auto detailing service to your home or business. Electricity and Water supply are required and must be provided by the customer. Access must be free and clear of obstruction for use.
Package prices cover locations within 20 miles from zip code 60188. For service outside of coverage, please contact us for pricing.
Customers should remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing.
Due to child safety and liability reasons, we will not remove or replace car seats under any circumstances. We ask that our clients remove car seats and booster seats prior to appointment. Should the car seat be left in the vehicle we will do our best to clean around the car seat but can’t promise your total satisfaction.
A full 360 inspection with photos will be taken at the beginning and end of service to substantiate existing vehicle conditions. Photos taken can be made available upon request.
A minimum 20% surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel any booking/detailing service.
Failure to provide 24-hour advance notice of cancellation will result in a minimum charge of 25% of the service cost.
Only vehicle owners are authorized to schedule service.
Vehicle owners must be present at start and completion of service.
Minors under 18 years of age must have guardian consent to schedule service.
When scheduling services with The Detail Xpert, you give us the right to post and use photos and videos of your vehicle before, during and after the service is performed. We will not identify our clients’ name, address, or license plate.

When you book online or via phone with The Detail Xpert, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.
